Who can attend meetings?

All SVOG meetings are open to the public. This includes the Board of Directors and Operational Officers meetings.

When does SVOG meet?

The regular monthly meetings of SVOG are held on the Saturday following the monthly options expiration day.

The regular monthly meetings of the Operational Officers as well as the semi-annual meeting of the Board of Directors are held on the fourth Monday of each month.

From time to time SVOG may hold special meetings or events. These events will most likely be held on a day different from the regular meetings. The date for such events will be included in the email announcement for the event as well as be part of the event description posted to the Calendar.

In addition, holidays and outside events and activities may conflict with the meetings of the Operational Officers and/or the Board of Directors. In such cases the date of these meetings may be moved at the discretion of the Board of Directors. When such a situation occurs the change will be noted as part of the event description posted to the Calendar.

How do I join SVOG?

SVOG does not have memberships, per se. All regular meetings are open to the public. We do ask for a $10 donation at our regular meetings to help defray the cost of renting the meeting facility and operational expenses.  If this is financial hardship, you can write us at admin.org and we can discuss a resolution.

In addition, future access to recording libraries may require a premium donor subscription.

Note -- special meetings and events may require a different amount to be paid to participate.
